Kondeshwar is situated near hills of Badlapur in Thane district of Maharashtra, India. It is very well known one-day picnic spot during monsoon season.
The area is covered with Kondeshwar lake which is formed by Bhoj Dham.
There are three temples at the base of the waterfall – Kondeshwar (Lord Shiva) Temple, Ganesh Temple and Kalikamata Temple. The green mountains surrounding make this place more beautiful during monsoon season. Although road to Kondeshwar is a bit rough, the green farms on both sides of the road and the waterfall experience makes this journey memorable.

How to reach:
This is place is crowded during weekends. Make sure you reach early in morning before 9.00 am to avoid the crowd.
1) From Badlapur railway station auto-rickshaws are available to reach Kondeshwar.
2) If you have your own/private vehicle, you can reach Kondeshwar from Badlapur East in around 30 minutes.
